2.1 Age Requirement. The 55bm platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine law applicable to casino-style gambling. By registering an account with 55bm, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. 55bm reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where this requirement is not met.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account with 55bm. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at all subsequent times. 55bm is not liable for any loss or delay resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Player.
2.5 KYC Verification. 55bm may require identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any time at its discretion. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., UMID, PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license). Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending completion of the KYC process.
2.6 The following categories of persons are ineligible to hold a 55bm account:
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55bm account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Any transaction or gameplay activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you. 55bm shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account that result from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 55bm strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 55bm is not responsible for unauthorized access that could have been prevented had 2FA been enabled.
4.1 Currency. All player accounts at 55bm are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion fees are applied to transactions conducted in PHP.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 55bm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and 7-Eleven (cash-in). 4.3 Deposits. Deposits are credited to your 55bm account in real time for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer credits may take between 3 and 30 minutes depending on the financial institution. 55bm does not accept third-party deposits — the name on the payment method must match the verified name on your 55bm account.
4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically completed within 15–30 minutes. Bank withdrawals may take up to one (1) Philippine business day. 55bm reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before releasing withdrawal funds, particularly for large amounts.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. 55bm reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee of ₱100 per month from dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.
5.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by 55bm are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published on each promotion's detail page within the 55bm platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion. Unless stated otherwise, wagering contributions by game type are: Slots — 100%; Live Casino Table Games — 10%; Sports Betting — 100%; RNG Table Games — 5%.
5.3 Abuse. 55bm reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it reasonably determines that a promotion has been claimed in bad faith, through coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, or any other method that 55bm considers to be an abuse of its promotional offering.
5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as provided by the specific promotion terms. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless 55bm expressly permits otherwise.
6.1 All games available on the 55bm platform are governed by the individual game rules provided within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to account-level matters; individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of a specific game round.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a game server error, disconnection, or technical malfunction that interrupts a game round, the round outcome is determined by the server-side game record at the time of interruption. 55bm's determination of the correct outcome shall be final and binding. Players will not be charged for rounds that were not recorded server-side.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface. 55bm reserves the right to impose individual player betting limits at its discretion, including for players who are identified as professional gamblers or whose betting patterns are deemed unusual.
6.4 Winnings from wagering activity are credited to your 55bm account balance in real time upon game round completion and are available for withdrawal subject to applicable verification requirements.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55bm platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 55bm platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content without 55bm's prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55bm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 55bm platform.
10.2 55bm's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the 55bm platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 55bm does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 55bm will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime.
11.1 55bm reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to 55bm or other players.
11.2 Upon termination of an account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits in the account are immediately forfeited. Verified real-money funds not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable KYC completion.
11.3 A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 55bm support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course after account closure confirmation.
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.1 55bm reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their 55bm account or via a platform-wide notification.
13.2 The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms is shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 55bm platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
